Items are dispatched 1-2 business days via First Class Royal Mail (unless directed otherwise) after cleared payment, however, at busier times it may take a little longer, please contact us if in doubt. - Returns & Replacements
- If you are not satisfied with your item we will offer you a full refund or offer a replacement of a different item, within 28 days of purchase.
- Ordering
- We have several checkout options at Spiritual Sister Sanctuary. We offer express checkouts via PayPal and Google Checkout, a one page checkout (no sign up necessary) through our website and also an option to create an account. For our account customers we frequently send offers and promotional discounts for purchases at our store. Once an order is placed you will be notified of receipt of payment and dispatch details. If an item is currently out of stock, you can place an order and receive notification of when it arrives back in.
- Payment, Pricing & Promotions
- PayPal is our preferred method of payment but we can also accept credit/debit cards, cheques, cash and postal orders. Our prices include VAT (not import tax see Shipping & Delivery above). We currently offer a 20% discount on first purchase for customers who create their first account with us.
- Viewing Orders
- You can view your orders by logging into your account.
- Updating Account Information
- Account information can be edited easily from the customer dashboard.
