Items are dispatched 1-2 business days via First Class Royal Mail (unless directed otherwise) after cleared payment, however, at busier times it may take a little longer, please contact us if in doubt. We offer combined p&p on most of our items, please contact us for the best possible price. We warmly welcome customers from around the globe, but we ask to keep the below in mind:

International buyers – Please note:
Import duties, taxes, and charges are not included in the item price or shipping cost. These charges are the buyer's responsibility. Please check with your country's customs office to determine what these additional costs will be prior to bidding or buying. Customs fees are normally charged by the freight company or collected when you pick the item up. These fees are not additional delivery charges.

TheSisters cannot and will not be held responsible for any loss or harm to your merchandise in the post, and provide an optional insurance at an extra cost: please choose your delivery options wisely

We at Spiritual Sister Sanctuary value your privacy and security as paramount. We treat sensitive data including personal details such as name, address and credit card details with the strictest of confidence and never share your information with any third parties.

Returns & Replacements
If you are not satisfied with your item we will offer you a full refund or offer a replacement of a different item, within 28 days of purchase.

Ordering
We have several checkout options at Spiritual Sister Sanctuary. We offer express checkouts via PayPal and Google Checkout, a one page checkout (no sign up necessary) through our website and also an option to create an account. For our account customers we frequently send offers and promotional discounts for purchases at our store. Once an order is placed you will be notified of receipt of payment and dispatch details. If an item is currently out of stock, you can place an order and receive notification of when it arrives back in.

Payment, Pricing & Promotions
PayPal is our preferred method of payment but we can also accept credit/debit cards, cheques, cash and postal orders. Our prices include VAT (not import tax see Shipping & Delivery above). We currently offer a 20% discount on first purchase for customers who create their first account with us.
